Property Location

The home must be in a USDA-designated rural area in California.

Income Limits

Applicants must meet USDA income guidelines based on county and household.

Credit Score

A minimum credit score of 640 is required (660 for manufactured homes).

Debt-to-Income Ratio

The maximum allowable DTI ratio is 45.00%.
