Eligibility Requirements

First-Time Homebuyer Status

Buyers must not have owned a home in the past three years to qualify.

Primary Residence

The home must be owner-occupied; non-occupant co-borrowers are not allowed under this program.

Income Limits

Applicants must meet program income limits, which vary by county, household size, and loan type.

Property Requirements

Eligible homes include single-family units, condos, PUDs, and manufactured homes.
